| | midterm and final examinations. Homework is mostly analytical exercises that include both engineering analysis and |
| | engineering design. These test students' ability in ABET Criteria 3(a),(b),(c),(e),(k). The research project writeups are graded |
| | for ability to identify communication of ideas (Criterion 3(g). Homework assignments and research project are chosen from |
| | contemporary topics (Criterion 3(j)). |
