Approaches for measuring noise figure in ADS:
I understand that you are interested in how to set up Noise Figure vs.
Frequency simulation in ADS. The good news is that the ADS S-Parameter
Controller does most of the work for you. Once you set it up (see below),
you can access the "nf" data that is created by the s-parameter controller
automatically vs. frequency.
There is an excellent example in the ADS examples directory:
Examples > MW_Ckts > LNA_1GHz_prj.
I would recommend going to the "SparamsNoise.dsn"
and "FinishedAmp.dsn" (this shows how to set up nf measurement) designs
for a good example. Also, there is a README.dsn file that gives all of the
specifics on the examples.

question(I relates more than II, but I included II to show you how to
