The Ohio State
Electrical and Computer Engineering Department encourages cooperative
interactions with industry that result in mutually beneficial
relationships. Join the Electrical and Computer Engineering community
by becoming a member of the Industrial Affiliates Program.
Our large
student
body is a vast resource for hiring opportunities. Members
of the Industrial Affiliates Program will receive resume books
of registered undergrad, and graduate students who have expressed
an interest in a specific engineering discipline.
Membership
also includes improved access to technical information. The Director
of the Industrial Affiliates Program will assist affiliate
members in obtaining specific technical information that will
contribute to corporate research and development, as well as provide
information regarding current events at the College of Engineering.
An invitation will be sent to all affiliate members to meet the
students and faculty at the annual Research Convention (date: TBD).
Annual membership
dues of $2,500 qualify affiliates for these benefits, as well
as membership into the Presidents
Club, which provides the opportunity to purchase football
tickets. Since the funds are processed as a contribution, they
may also be tax deductible.
