Software Release
The software released from the DRCL includes
- DistCondor
- DistCondor is a task management software.
The software is an enhanced and decentralized version of
the Condor software developed at the University of Wisconsin
--Madison. Refer to our
task management
project for technical details. A technical paper that summarizes
the design, implementation, and experimentation of DistCondor can be
found here.
The software has been ported to the JPL site and will be included as one
of the JPL X2000 demonstration efforts.
- NetSimQ
- NetSimQ is a Java-based network simulation tool.
Refer to our
NetSimQ project for a preliminary technical description on the
software package.
A set of demos (saved as avi files) is available here.
The User's Manual and Developer's Manual are underway and expected to
be available with the software release scheduled in mid March 1999.
We are also developing two Java-based toolkits, called
NsPlot and NsRemote, to facilitate display and
drawing (as 2D/3D- plots, pi charts, etc) of
simulation results. Refer to this
