Enter time in and time out worked each day. Hours must be reported as AM or PM with a space after the number. (Example: 8:30 AM; 2:15 PM) |

Save your entries each day. |

Print your timesheet on your last working day of the pay period. |

Sign the timesheet in ink and submit it to your supervisor for review and signature. Please make sure your supervisor has the timesheet before the pay period deadline. |

If this is your final timesheet, please indicate it with an X in the appropriate box at the bottom of the timesheet with your supervisor’s initials and date. Note: If you are working multiple jobs, you will need a separate timesheet for each. At the beginning of each pay period, delete all previous entries and change the pay period number. |
