(ICECS)

The IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Circuits and Systems (ICECS) is sponsored by the IEEE Circuits and Systems (CAS) Society and is held annually in Region 8 of IEEE which includes Europe, including eastern Europe and Russia, Africa and the Middle East. The conference includes sessions, tutorials, workshops, etc. devoted to all aspects of electronic circuits and systems including analog, digital, solid state, power, circuits for automotive, industrial, telecommunications, sensors, biomedical, consumer electronics, etc.

The conference was founded in 1994 and was launched in Cairo, Egypt. It has since grown to a successful annual event. This site provides information to all those interested in ICECS, including potential future organizers, prospective authors, and attendees. It also aims to maintain a historical record of previous ICECS meetings. It is linked to CAS, to IEEE Region 8 and to the ICECS currently being held.

ICECS follows the general IEEE guidelines for conferences .The conference has a Steering Committee, which meets twice a year, once at the conference and once at the IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (ISCAS). The Committee is chaired by the General Chairman of ICECS at a given year. Proposals for hosting ICECS should be submitted to the Steering Committee for consideration at least two years in advance. Once the proposal is approved, the organizing committee will follow standard IEEE policy, which can be found in IEEE Meetings Organization Manual.

All appropriate forms will be filled out and submitted to the CAS Society and IEEE in a timely manner. Copies of the said forms can be obtained electronically from Conference Forms
