Accenture Consulting (Rome Office)
    Workforce: Communications & High Tech
    Position: Analyst
    Project Description:
Part of a project whose aim was the realization of a Traffic Performance Management platform for the new Telecom Italia* Value Added Services (VoIP and Video Call).
      * most important Italian wired telephone company
    Main activities:
Analysis of both Telecom Italia preexistent network and network elements inserted to supply the new services; analysis of the significant data to be collected from the different network elements in order to monitor them; choice of data formats and protocols to be used for the data transfer; definition of Key Performance and Quality Indicators that give a snapshot of the network status and of the quality perceived by customers; customization of gateways and software package used to realize the platform.
