Sung-Jun Hwang received the
B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the
Yonsei University
at Seoul, Korea,
in 1993 and 1995, respectively.
From 1995 to 2000 he was employed by
Samsung Electronics Inc.
in Korea as a systems engineer.
From 2000 to 2003 he was employed by
Samsung Thales
Inc.
in Korea as a senior systems engineer.
He currently pursues the Ph.D. degree in
Electrical and Computer Engineering Department
in
The Ohio State University
in Columbus, OH.
While pursuing the Ph.D. program, he held internship position at
Qualcomm Inc.
in 2008.
His research areas include
signal processing,
communication theory,
and
underwater acoustic communication.
