Registration

The on-line registration site may be accessed by following the secure link to Register On-Line. 

Advance registration is highly recommended.  Please make every effort to use the on-line registration procedure.  Even if you miss the advance registration deadline you are still encouraged to register on-line while the site is open as it will facilitate the registration process.   For your convenience a hardcopy Conference Registration Form (PDF) can also be downloaded here. The hardcopy form must be completed and returned with a check or money order in U.S. currency with a U.S. banking system routing number (payable to IEEE IV2003), or with credit card details, as indicated on the form.

The fee schedule is as follows:

On-line registrations are strongly encouraged while site is open. Hard-copy registrations received after May 19, 2003 will not be processed. Full registration fee includes welcome and farewell receptions, conference banquet, and one set of the conference proceedings in electronic (CD-ROM) form. Reduced registration fee does not include the banquet. The reduced rate is to be used only by students, retirees, and registrants who qualify for the IEEE “minimum income” membership fee reduction.

Please note that:

1. The deadline of advanced registration has been changed to May 19, 2003 due to the delay in getting the online registration site up.
2. Hardcopy registrations received after May 19, 2003 will NOT be processed.
3. Registration by fax or email will NOT be accepted. 

Printed Proceedings and Additional CD-ROMs

Printed proceedings are not included in any registration but may be purchased separately (1 copy Pre-Registration Price: $40.00 / Extra Copy Price: $150.00). The printed proceedings will be available at the registration desk during the conference for those who purchase before May 19, 2003 at pre-registration price. Late registrants can purchase only at Extra Copy price ($150.00), the printed proceedings will be mailed to them after the conference, and the above price ($150.00) includes 4th class or book mailing anywhere in the world. Additional CD-ROM’s may be purchased for $20.00 for Society Members and $30.00 non-members.
